6 Week Mindfulness Course

This interactive six week course helps you establish a practice, learn the basics of mindfulness, navigate difficult emotions and stress, and learn how to apply mindfulness to your every day living so that you can live life to the fullest and in the present moment.

Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness

Week 2: Mindfulness of Body

Week 3: Mindfulness of Emotions

Week 4: Mindfulness of Thoughts

Week 5: Compassion and Loving Kindness

Week 6: Living Mindfully

Details: Classes will be held on Zoom. I like to keep this course small and intimate so there is time for check in and sharing- usually 10 to 15 people. It is recommended to take the whole course, but there are also drop in options.

Pricing: $99 for the course and $18 to drop into a single class. If you need a sliding scale option, reach out to me directly.
