CORPORATE SOUND HEALING and Breathwork

Corporate Sound Healing and Breathwork

Corporate Sound Healing and Breathwork at Transitions Mental Health Association

Transitions Mental Health Association

Corporations are bringing meditative modalities to the workplace now more than ever.

These practices release and manage stress, boost creativity, and help us work with emotions skillfully.

Participants often say they experience peace, happiness, and calm. Many let go of stress that has been weighing them down and others get creative insights or clarity that lead to a greater sense of well-being.

There is no greater gift to yourself and your employees.

What do we need to hold a session?

  • It is recommended that participants have space to either sit or lay down. If laying down (recommended), yoga mats or exercise pads for comfort are important.

  • Eye pillows or eye masks can help participants go deeper into their meditation.

  • A small pillow or folded towel can be used underneath the neck for support.

I have plenty of eye masks and yoga mats to provide if needed.

Jamie has held events for schools, companies, and non-profit organizations such as Stanford University, Safe Haven Wellness Center of Arroyo Grande- Transitions Mental Health Association, and Cancer Support Central Coast.

Jamie’s Sound Baths have become a highly anticipated and celebrated event at Safe Haven. Members that face mental health struggles such as severe anxiety and depression have found healing in the way that Jamie’s crystal bowls bring their body and mind to a deep state of relaxation. Jamie’s warm and gentle spirit fills the room and makes people feel safe to express their needs and their experience. The breath work Jamie leads is excellent at helping Members to remember to breathe and guiding them into a meditative stillness. Members consider Harmonic Holistics to be instrumental in increasing their sense of wellness.
